Bowling Club Closures
As announced last night by the Prime Minister, all licenced clubs are required to close by noon today.
The Bowls WA office will remain open pending further advice, however we have been advised that the Bowls Australia office will similarly close by noon today (Eastern Standard Time).
With the landscape changing daily Bowls WA will define, with guidance from the Department of Local Government Sport & Cultural Industries, the financial opportunities that clubs may take up in line with the stimulus packages announced and to be announced going forward.
We ask that all clubs maintain communication with Bowls WA and in particular their Regional Bowls Manager (RBMs), who we will continue to work closely with.
Bowls WA recommends clubs keep a watch on email communication and the Bowls WA website in the days ahead for further information and advice.
